• Make sure to check our #sponsorship-faqs channel first for the most commonly asked questions about SE.Sponsorships
• Check out our #community-helpdesk to see if other creators are facing the same issue, and if they've come up with a solution
Please be aware, our Support staff are the only ones able to help with sponsorship deals and payment issues, so please contact them via a ticket in Discord, or email them.

If you have exhausted the above option and still need help, please submit a Support Ticket so that our Support Staff can help you directly:

***NOTE: Please do not create multiple tickets by filling out the Form multiple times, this does not speed up the response time. If you would like to follow up after you've submitted a ticket, please reply to the Email you received after filling out the form. ***

When submitting a Sponsorship based ticket, please make sure to include all relevant information, such as:

• Campaign name (full name if possible, for example HelloFresh USA #6)
• Please provide your account ID found at the top of this page: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/account/channels
• If your issue is related to Stream time not being tracked, please provide VOD links for all individual sponsored streams.
• If your issue is related to missing purchases/downloads on your on-screen Tracker, please wait 48 hours before contacting Support, as those events might just be delayed. In case your Campaign might end during those 48 hours, please don't wait and contact our Support Team.
