I don't think your problem would be getting BF2042 to run. Your problem would be getting EasyAntiCheat to run. Switching to Linux is a bad idea if you want to play BF2042 still.

Sorry war mode was in call of duty. I do believe you are correct with strike team. It was a game mode where there was flags to capture but the map would either go backwards or forwards depending on what flags you had.

I like lcmg, super 500, ammo crate, and incendiary grenade, helps with area denial, and holding positions.

Or if you like run and gun, the pbx-45 or pp-29 instead of the lcmg simply for the faster fire rate and better handling.

These are just what I like to run and do the best with. Some one may know something I don't

I know this might sound silly but I wanted to ask for some insight to what I can do to make the mode exciting, its based on Air Superiority being that the flags are in the air, I modified the mode for On-Foot/Ground gameplay and the focus of the battle would be an all-out-meatgrinder with the game set using ascension points so that vehicles arent as spammy throughout the match, players are forced to seek out eachother to take their tickets, looking to increase the ticket cap

Air support will fight for control of the flags, it forces mobile AA to certain locations to defend the Flag Blimp

Clara is correct on what we are looking for, easy to understand and play it can have depth but the basic gameplay should be easy to understand. Its a cool idea by having 2 different battles one in the air and one on the ground.
