Just played a breakthrough match to complete the weekly missions, and I gotta say, it’s so frustrating playing as the game intends all players to play. I was constantly getting run over by boltes, and the nightbirds having a blast because everyone literally has to be out in the open without cover. Not to mention the occasional kill from a ranger 200meters away ahh yes.

I now understand why so many people left battlefield. I will stick to sundance and flanking from high in the sky without all the struggles of the normal player.

Turrets are OP. I normally flank with sundance and get 8 kills in a row. A turret can spot me and COMPLETELY shut down a flank, thus saving 8 people. In breakthrough this is specially noticeable since every death counts

I don’t think I’ve ever gotten more than 5 kills with Boris’ turret in a round. I’m close to T1 with him, and I don’t think I even have 100 kills with the turret. It’s only use is spotting, and occasionally killing a player with low health.

Portal is a great when it works. The animations are completely out of character for DICE, it's disappointing, but I can appreciate this aspect of the game. Returning, albeit only partially, to user-generated content should be the future of the franchise imo. People underestimate how far modders will go.
