Theres a misunderstanding... 4K (3840x2160) and 1080 are both same aspect ratio, 16:9. So there is not more on the screen. Its also the same Monitor coefficient.

3440x1440 would be 21:9, so you have a wider FOV already.

I played last night and every single round was a complete stomp from one side, none of the rounds were even remotely close.

So, it might not be that you're terrible, it might just be that you're going up against weirdly asymmetrical teams 🙂

the good news is that there are loads of different ways to play, so you can always find some way to be useful to your team, even if it's just sitting in the passenger seat of a Hind/Condor/UH-60 repairing

ok, so then for what it's worth my suggestion would be to be working on your map positioning, aim (including trying the different weapon attachments) with a side quest of messing with enemy vehicles somehow (AT mines being one of the easiest to roll the dice on)

I don't really think Boris is a particularly great choice for Engineer, mostly because his turret is so useless these days. I much prefer Crawford and Lis.

So for the people who bought the game on the EA app, here is the solution. Btw i use a ps5 controller with usb cord.

What you have to do is to add the EA destkop app to steam. So add the the EA app in steam as you would add a non steam game.

Launch steam, open the EA app within steam, and launch the game. When you start the game, you will see in the right bottom corner, that your controller is detected.

Now your controller should react as normal

Hope this will help.

you want to make sure that you have activated "Steam Inputs" for the EA Desktop App once you've added it to Steam 🙂

• click the settings wheel on steam, on the screen of the EA app, in your library
• select "Manage"

Yeah I just use tac compensator for the most part because recoil is nearly non-existent anyway and you can remove a lot by strafing and using recoil smoothing essentially.

Arcom can be useful on high ROF SMGs to help give you a bit more effective range.

Yeah just lay down a lot of smoke. If you're MacKay you can also utilize grapple to cover more ground as most won't hit a moving target outside of dumb luck.

Once you're at a good enough distance you can just burst their head as they often just crouch or prone in place.

Or if you're especially looking to style on them you can also use M44 as a headshot within 100m is a one tap kill.
