My GFs s24 runs maxed out, as there is 3D acceleration. Her phone gets hot, and battery drains fast in comparison

I'm using a AMD Radeon RX 6800. The driver version 25.5.1 made 2042 crash on death cam. EA knew this, AMD knew this. The only solution at the time was to revert back to driver version 25.3.1. AMD just released driver version 25.6.1. Has anyone with an AMD 6000 series experienced this? Does driver 25.6.1 fix this crashing issue? I'd like to know before updating.

No i started playing pretty recently (last month or so, 60hrs played max). First week or so it ran great, played on big maps with tons of people with no issues, then out of no where it starts freezing and crashing

seems more orientated towards the hardware than the game then, measure your CPU and GPU usage when running the game, freezing is symptomatic of one of them being totally maxed in utilisation and nothing else being able to schedule onto them

i had everything on ultra and the issue was there, so i set everything to low and the issue disappeared and the i started fiddling with everyoption
turns out texture quality creates the issue

@golden shell if you're referring to the white stuff moving across the sand then that's normal. Just a visual effect to make sand wave with the wind. Noticeable from a distance but when you get close it won't make any sense lol

when I join a match, it runs fine but stutters like hell for around 15 seconds, and then my fps drops to like 20
if I alt-tab, it does that again (i.e. performance is ok for 15 seconds, but with stutters)

I've been getting it for the past weeks now, and I just can't seem to connect to a whole lot of servers - despite having 100/100 mb connection and absolutely no connection issues in any other game.

ok, i figured it out. it is more of a windows problem i think. I have 2 monitors, one normal 1080p monitor, and one TV monitor that i have plugged in but not on, only on when i need to watch movies or some videos and want to sit on sofa and watch from tv, the tv is different resolution, so even if tv is off and the cable from pc is plugged in, it will interfere with the programs and applications, causing all sorts of weird issues.. lots of issues for me have been from that.
