To save anyone issues..I suggest the mod opening a separate tab specifically specifically regarding questions about the sign up process, lab issues etc. Obviously screenshots, gameplay, etc. is against NDA but general questions about the sign up process. It's new for many folks especially on consoles. Like someone mentioned it's unavoidable. Again, a suggestion but it would save on a lot of hassle.
