the best way to earn XP is to PTFO, Revive, heal, repair and just get as high a score as possible. All score/XP earned while playing will give you XP towards weapon unlocks

Basically, the last update made all XP earned give you weapon progress. Not just kills and assists like before.

PTFO = Play the F..ckin Objective

Casual Breakthrough is no longer the best way to unlock weapon attachments (It hasnt been for ages, since they nefed XPearned from BIT kills).

Now you're better off to just play the game, and capture more objectives, repair vehicles (As engineer) or revive, heal and resupply players (As support). Modes like Escalation/Conquest are probably best for this since you can capture and re-capture objectives multiple times per game.

XP changes are honestly really great. Its like having 3X XP for weapons if you capture lots, and be a good team mate
