Most of the time Penguin play Engineer for RPG & SMGs, Recon/Spec Ops with SMG, And Fire Support as support for nice LMG action. Assault seems to have that Syringe lowering players vision👉 😎

I have never had an issue where I needed to quickly prone to avoid death. Other than sniping I am never prone. Sprint and hold crouch goes into dive prone. Stick forward sprint works fine for me as well. Try adjusting the sensitivity and left stick deadzones

Hey, in BcBc2 and Bf3 I ran a 4.3 k/d and had the time of my life. Now I’m down to 1.5 and they don’t track repairs, revives, mine, mortar kills, all your weapon stats and accuracy like bf3 and 4 did. Times have changed just play the game and have fun. Only gripe I have is with gun fights I initiated and should have a kill but they turn around and I’m dropped as soon as they turn. That pisses me off

So technically everything is processed server-side, but the quality of hit registration and perceived fairness still depends heavily on how the server reconciles those different client timings. That’s the part that’s felt inconsistent lately.

Basically, lag compensation sucks in this game.

the game has not had a stable tick rate and it almost always deviates below its target in high volume situations which is where things like dying behind walls etc becomes a real issue

it's pretty evident they're struggling for capacity tbh, hence why portal 60hz conversions have been locked to verified only

So question for you. After the patch before the last one my game suddenly improved (and has been better since) - I couldn’t see any major changes to help me so put it down to a placebo effect - have there been any changes to recode recently which might have been favourable to me?

I can't speak to specific details, but I don't doubt that they are working on it.

There are dozens of factors affecting you and anyone else's experience, even small changes can be felt.

I hate this skin business, liked it when it was simple. The skins aren’t even realistic. Hate the idea of battlefield turning in to a kids version of battle royal. Battlefield used to be a team based game! Where you could make clans and go to war. Now it’s full of cod junkies worrying about making a good k/d. The whole idea of battlefield has changed. Give us the option to make clans, make it easier, add a tab where you can team up with your friends and like minded folk who want to play competitive. Battle Royal is not competitive, it is copy from epic. Being part of a team was fun, you felt the adrenaline rush. The need to keep your team mates alive, the tactics, the flanks, the attacks.

You watch a public game and it is utter chaos.
