Well it depends how it works. Having some balance on teams would not harm. You can still have high and low skilled players on the same team, but more or less equally distributed on both teams.

It's more like Battlepasses are intentionally designed to monetize your fun.
Sure they're as passive as passive can get as they progress by literally just playing the game.
But when they show how slow that progress is, and how limited time they actually are, there's always that dangling keychain to spend some money and cut the grind early.
It's intentionally meant to suck the fun out of just playing the game because it's always intended to make you be mindful that you HAVE to play if you want something. Not play BECAUSE you want something.

Yeah 2042 did the same thing, It still took forever to grind the battlepass and the battlepass got insanely stingy with the pass points near the end, forcing you to start playing a bunch.
Also people don't always want to play Battlefield 6. They have other games they want to play but if they want to play those they have to give up on the BF6 battlepass for a bit.

If that already on public then there's another setting ( can't remember where , might be on accessibility) that will ask you to share data to EA .... Those 2 things will prevent you from seeing your stats

If COD is anything to go off of, most of the people who complain about SBMM are those higher level players because it makes every match too sweaty (i.e. they're whining because they can't just stomp casual players all day).

At least in Battlefield it's not as bad to have 1 or 2 sweats stomping the lobby since there are more players and there's still plenty that you can do when playing the objective.

Its not just high level players. Sbmm also raised the lower floor of the skill gap up and humbles people when they find out they aren't as good as they though they were because now you never see players under your skill level and it makes matches sweaty for them too.

Exactly. If everyone gets a share of the end of round XP, lone wolves have no incentive to play the objectives or help their teams/squads. Maybe they could introduce an exponential reward system, so for every consecutive objective or team/squad action you perform (resupply, revive etc) your score doubles, triples, quadruples and so on. If no one joins in, they might be able to complete weapon challenges or weapon unlocks, but their XP score puts them lowest on the scoreboard and they get the most minimal share of the end of round XP

When doing the drone challenge It changed my way of thinking entirely and now I always mark out a capture point, snipe a bit, set some traps, move in, throw proxies, try to get as much intel as possible. Like I said. 1 mortar should not be able to one man army the other team. 2-3 mortars have a huge impact however

i dont mind that, i dont like the fact that again there is so much armor

its so hard to play infantry when you constantly run into a vehicle of some sort
