I got no clue, what we do know is that EA, as malicious as they have been to consumers, are/were under pressure from investors constantly and the devs would feel the crunch as a result. Im guessing deadlines was the name of the game with results being being the goal. At least with the Sauds financially speaking, theres an opportunity to create deadlines further in advance in the long term rather than having the rope get tighter each quarter.
