It's not meant to stop those ones, but the 99% of credit card cheaters who just buy cheats online or whatever and hope it works. It's why f2p games like warzone are infested with 14 year olds that stole mom's credit card and bought cheats.

Google the motherboard name + keyboard shortcut to get into BIOS mode. You have to press that when the computer is starting up, before loading into windows.Then in the bios settings find secure boot and turn it on
