Fixed it (I tested bf6 after each of these steps) - if you have the standalone autohotkey application installed but not running here's what steps I took to get it working for me:

1. make sure autohotkey isn't running, or uninstall it. You can still get the anticheat error saying that autohotkey is the issue, even with autohotkey uninstalled (I tested via uninstalling and still got the issue, once I consistently got the game to launch, I reinstalled it and can still launch game as long as autohotkey isn't running)

2. go to your system tray (see pic in case you don't know what system tray is) and look for any unnecessary programs and close out of them; alternatively check task manager. after every application you exit, test if bf6 will launch to identify which application is causing the problem (it could be multiple).

3. if none of your applications in the system tray were the issue, systematically try closing out of applications in your taskbar

I have DAWs (used for making music digitally) and plugins/extensions for the DAWs to increase certain functionalities. For me, I have a program called Live Enhancement Suite (LES) and upon closing out of this I was able to consistently launch the game.

I also closed out of Riot Vanguard (can't really test if Vanguard is part of the problem due to having to restart my computer to run it, but next time I restart my computer I'll update this)

Other apps I tested:

• rainmeter (not an issue for me)
• Ableton USB Audio Control Panel (not an issue)
• Discord (not an issue)
