Day 1 Review

The game is already making me a lot of memories. I'm having so much fun and laughing a lot with friends. This is the best battlefield we have had in years.

Pros:

• The game runs like a charm
• destruction and fast pace action create exciting moments
• I just love watching my friend fly 500 m in the air after getting killed but still revivable

Cons:

• Ridge 13 is ass
• Sniper is mid

Helldivers 2 didn’t have enough servers at launch because the studio never anticipated it to become one of the most played games of 2024. It blew up in popularity overnight and the dev team had to purchase a ton of new servers which, yes, took a few days to setup and get running. DICE is going as fast as they can to spool up new servers and/or more servers in general. Do keep in mind that Steam alone more than tripled 2042’s all time peak players. Not even counting how many are playing through the EA App, console, etc.
