Double check your GPU software then and double check it's not limiting it somehow. If display settings in windows says 240 and the game has 240 then something is limiting it. I'm going to assume you don't have v sync on right?

I took essentially a 2-3 hour nap just to play BF6 this morning before work and even tho I’m tired and on my 2nd coffee this morning, it was worth every minute. M4 feels good, the smg feels good, movement feels amazing and immersive. It runs great on my pc, but I know I have a very high end rig. Tanks feel good, RPG feels good. Main thing that needs to be adjusted is turn down the 10k lumen scope glint and make the Jet/Heli more responsive. DICE is already addressing the TTK, and will adjust recoil, but it just didn’t make it into this build. People need to be patient.

After launching the game 3 files will either get deleted, corrupted, or simply fail to validate.

When you go to "verify integrity of beta files", it will say:
"3 files failed to validate and will be reacquired."

If you verify it again, it will say everything is validated.
Upon launching the game
