Entiendo lo que dices sobre atraer jugadores y que el juego crezca, pero creo que ahí está la clave: Battlefield nunca fue un juego de movimiento frenético tipo COD, y cada vez que intentaron acercarse a eso (como en 2042) la comunidad más fiel se sintió desplazada.
La beta gustó a muchos, sí, pero los veteranos llevamos años pidiendo que vuelva la esencia de BF: combates tácticos, mapas enormes, trabajo en equipo, ritmo más estratégico.
Si DICE vuelve a eso, es más probable que el juego se sostenga en el tiempo, porque lo que realmente hace que Battlefield crezca no es copiar a COD, sino ser Battlefield.

Contenido y soporte a largo plazo, claro que sí, pero sin sacrificar la identidad del juego solo por atraer a jugadores de otro estilo.

The beta was fun for many, sure, but veteran players have been asking for years for the true BF essence to return: tactical combat, large maps, teamwork, and a more strategic pace.
If DICE focuses on that, the game is far more likely to thrive long-term, because what really makes Battlefield grow isn’t copying COD—it’s being Battlefield.

Of course, we need content and long-term support, but not at the cost of sacrificing the game’s identity just to lure players from a different style.

This isn’t hard, you receive an email confirming you’re in the program which includes a download code for your app. The second email is to sign your NDA, and to complete your profile. The second email has a link to the discord, but it is either broken, or in my opinion is going to be created later on once they determine how many people will actually be on (getting moderators and system recording active)
