Cliff was never after the BB, he thought he was, but I think the connection he was feeling was always Sam rather than BB.
Cliff just thought that it was his BB that he was after.

Got the game to run at a tad bit over 60 FPS in the very first area you start off at 25w TDP with FG and XeSS at quality.

Idk why but FSR causes shimmering I think its called?
White pixels when moving around or moving the camera around on various places.
I fully expect the performance to get worse when I get further out into the game and start seeing buildings placed by others and such though.
