aSDVemoteheart Sitting Restores Energy
Here is my take on old idea. When you sit in-game, you will restore some energy each second. You can also configure a recovery limit up to a specific percentage, recovery amount, and progress actually pauses if you tab out of the game. In the future, I will likely be adding per-location configuration (i.e. "interior only").

aSDVemoteheart Slightly More Difficult Luau
Using aedenthorn's underrated Luau Soup Customizer, you are now given more exciting opportunities to ruin the soup for everyone! More items are disqualifying if you add them to the Luau Soup – such as alcohol, poisonous, or very common items. There might even be some unique dialogue...

Hello. Better Screenshot Mode is now out on the Nexus. It includes everything you would expect out of a simple screenshot mod, like a hotkey, custom screenshot directory, but it also includes nice features like....

  • Capture screenshots at the current screen resolution, not the full map.
  • Use grid overlays, like "rule of thirds", to better frame your screenshot.
  • Convert screenshots to JPEG, saving on disc space. Whoa.
  • Disable the very stupid notification when you press F4.
  • ...and more...

Very useful when taking screenshots for mod pages or capturing the moment. Every feature can be toggled off or ignored in the settings. I love you.

BroadcastAPI is a framework that allows modders to create their own custom channels in Stardew Valley.

Just posted Locational Farm Animal Sounds ! Thanks to Positional Audio, you can now hear animal sounds where you would naturally expect to hear them. Outside of Marnie's Ranch, the Stardew Valley Fair, and even mod added locations like Nightingale Orchard or Blooming Hill Farm from Ridgeside Village.

Festival Nudge is now released!

For those who play with a lot of modded NPCs, you've probably seen them overlap at festivals because the authors happened to choose the same spot for their character to stand in. This mod will nudge those overlapping characters apart ever so slightly to give those NPCs their personal space back and stop them from flickering and being difficult to interact with.

Finding Failed Fruit Trees has been updated. It now replaces the game's notification about fruit trees that did not grow (this is configurable) to help you quickly see where that tree was. It now lets you decide how many days a tree should notify you and also whether you get multiple notifications in a morning. Tilly now has a special schedule for Spring 8, which is when she celebrates Lunar New Year.

She will open a snack stand (pictured), where the ice cream stand is. All food is free.

Tilly wears a qipao on this day, with complete regular and Nyapu-style portraits!

This is a toggleable feature in case you don't want this to break your immersion.

Tilly also now joins the fireworks celebrations on Spring 9 as part of DSV's LNY passive festival. She will join different groups depending on what config you have set up for DSV.

Festival Nudge has been updated!

In addition to letting Festival Nudge automatically handle NPC overlaps for you, you can now also move NPCs yourself! You can move any stationary NPC to anywhere you want, even if they weren't moved by Festival Nudge to begin with. You can completely customize your entire festival NPC layout if you want, and have it automatically loaded in future playthroughs!

Double release time! aSDVpufferparty

My latest farm map, Twin River Farm, is now out! A large, vertically mirrored farm that's intended for 2-person multiplayer - but I won't judge if you hog all those resources for yourself, including two small quarries and respawning hardwood stumps.

I've also released World Map Recolors, a recolor compatibility patch for the world map assets of certain older farm maps I've made. Everything packaged in an all-in-one download! Compatible with Earthy, VPR, and Starblue only, with VPR Green Fall compatibility and support for the following farm maps: Cliffside Cove, Secret Grove, Blossom Crest, Azure Springs, and Wildflower Acres.

The maps I've mentioned above have also been updated with new world map and/or revamped map icon assets, QoL stuff like config i18n support and various minor bug fixes, to bring the quality for each up to my current standards.

Me when I decide to change ModID

Anyway PLEASE UPDATE THE MOD AND DELETE OLD VERSION.
You will NOT lose any progress, I included a migration file, and a failsave in case it detects the old mod. It will let you know that the old mod should be deleted and disable the new mod's functions to avoid conflicts, but it will still migrate your mailflags, quests, events, etc. to the new one.
For the easily forgetful (me) it will remind you every morning until you delete the old mod. (in which case it won't trigger)

I also added a few QoL stuff:

Version 1.1
-Shay now has a job. Actually, two! After all, she's got rent to pay. On Mondays and Tuesdays, she'll run the shop for Marnie! She doesn't know how to handle the animals, but she can help you with supplies! On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, you can find her filming around the valley for her nature documentaries!
-She now has optional seasonal outfits!
-Some new dialogue has been added, including some immersive lines with other characters!
-She's had some schedule changes. Besides work, she'll accompany Shane to the saloon in the evenings (she doesn't drink herself, but she likes to keep an eye on him and walk him home)

This is my favorite World Navigator update so far. If you haven't tried the mod yet, World Navigator is like an in game navigation or GPS app that's ready to help if you want to use it: just follow the arrow (or footsteps) to get to locations, NPCs, events, quest items and drop boxes, and more!

Why is this my favorite update? This first one is the big one:
World Navigator now is (usually) fast when you use it to find out how to go somewhere. Its added smarts (it keeps track of the changing world) and memory (and it remembers what it has seen before) make that possible.

Also cool: estimated travel time helps decide where you can go and lets you know when you can expect to get where you're going. This update also overhauls the search menu so you can search for locations with precision.

There are compatibility fixes, stability improvements, quality of life changes, bug fixes, and, for the mod authors, an expanded API for better handling of information they give to the navigator and a way to find out where the player can go right now and how they get there.

Hey all.

After a week of coding (and dirty looks from my wife because I was zoned out focusing on this) I just pushed out my v2 update. My tool is no longer just an event builder. I have expanded it a bit to be more of an NPC Toolkit.

Notable Changes:

• Improved Existing Event Parser to recognize existing events better

World Navigator 1.4.1 adds a new "Prismatic" pointer type, checks for events that require an item, improves NPC handling, improves support for warps on older maps, is faster, and fixes a few bugs, but see the release notes for details.

Diverse Stardew Valley 3.0.0 is now available! 🥳 DSV 3.0.0 has a number of significant changes compared to DSV 2.7.0: instead of being a single all-in-one download pack, it is now split into family/friend packs. This change means faster bugfixes, streamlined code & performance, more flexibility, better & more convenient compatibility with other mods, and ease of updates.

When installing the new packs, please make sure you remove the previous version of DSV before playing.

In honor of the new bulletin feature, I've released a mod! Jk, but I did release Customize Wedding Attire last night. Basically, it lets you pick what to wear to a wedding out of the set {tuxedo, wedding dress, your normal clothes, the game default logic}, which both adds a wedding dress option and separates the game logic from your gender picked at start (if you use the gender neutral mod, the body type picked).

Unique Response Core has updated to 1.2.0!!
What does this update entail?

Added Jealousy checks to the responses.  When you give gifts to other Datable NPCs, eventually your spouse will get worried and you will lose FP for something as simple as giving a gift to a friend.  This update changes that:
- Your spouse will ask if you gave a gift to the NPC
- If you're truthful, your spouse will respect you and you will gain some FP.
- If you lie, they will call you on it and you will lose the usual FP.

Every morning, the Response Core will remove the response IDs of the jealousy response in order to ask the question again. (The other Jealousy Mod does NOT do this)
You can add jealousy responses in a Content Patcher mod by adding giftquestion_yes and giftquestion_lie to the dialogue.  I am using these responses to keep compatibility to the old Jealousy mod made by Minerva.  However, I use different response IDs.```

Hey everyone ! i just updated my Tilesheet - Indoor mod

Update 1.2.0 is live !

Several additions were made to the decoration tilesheet :

  • A waterfall. IMPORTANT NOTE : this waterfall isn't currently supported by recolor. It means that it may not looks great if the player uses a recolor. Keep that in mind when using it in a mod. Recolor mod authors are welcome to add support for this mod. However, i know it's a lot of work, so i ask users of this mod to be nice to recolor mod authors. They have no obligation to add support for this mod.
  • Foam to go with the waterfall. Both can be animated
  • A wood arch with decorative lanterns. They don't emit light.
  • Several wood elements, including some ferns, stumps and a stump you can use as a seat.

Each DSV pack has an [ANDROID] file in the Additional Downloads section that contains only the code files. To install, you'll need to download both the main file and the additional Android file, install the main file as usual, then allow the Android file to overwrite the main file. See the Compatibility page of DSV's website for more details.

For anyone who took me up on the pants-test-mod, two frames have been located! So here's an updated version minus those two.

For anyone who missed it last time:
If you want to try out this little mod I wrote to help with finding the missing pants frames, here's what to do:

  • Install mod
  • Wear any vanilla pants (or skirt, shorts, etc)
  • Play the game as usual
  • Tell me if your farmer ever suddenly shows a red box around it
    This mod is totally unobtrusive other than on the frames that we can't figure out where they're used. If these frames are actually unused, the farmer will never turn red.

DSV Sam, Vincent, Jodi & Kent has been updated to 3.1.0!

All of the art for Jodi's outfits has been overhauled and she now has 2 outfits per season, plus several new miscellaneous dynamic overlays! Here's a preview of vanilla Jodi's festival outfits, plus a summer & fall outfit.

Jodi's modded variant also now has a new config option to incorporate No More War - Kent as Journalist's edits, along with compatibility for a number of mods (see the ModDrop patch notes for details), and her gift taste edits have been expanded for compatibility with the PPJA suite.

A new add-on pack is also now available which changes vanilla Jodi's hair to either brunette (to match her original sprites) or strawberry blonde/pink (to match her original portraits). Unlike the other DSV add-on packs, this one isn't standalone and requires DSV Sam, Vincent, Jodi & Kent to work. A preview is visible at the bottom (wearing one of the new spring outfits!).
