I'm sure other people have done this already, but what I did to get my cows on max hearts first day of them growing up was holding right click to milk them and then just repeatedly animation canceling. Because you gain some hearts everytime you milk them, so by animation canceling it still registers as you milking but since you canceled you can just keep doing it
