• it’s important to have lots of healing food, gold cheese or salad is relatively easy to get and very good
• use a desert totem to get there at 6:30 am, getting an extra 4 hours of time there because don’t have to wait for Pam
• go on a best luck day, use lucky rings if you can
• always use a staircase if you get the long spiral layout or an infested floor
• don’t bother leaving early, it’s worth the 1000g fee for passing out to get more time there
• try to avoid spending unnecessary time, don’t fight monsters if you don’t have to, don’t mine every iridium node you see until later in the run

||Skull Caverns Guide
-weapons: obsidian edge or better (if you're struggling with the obsidian edge you can use a lava katana 25k but I highly recommend you get the galaxy sword as soon as possible (stand between the 3 pillars at the desert while holding a prismatic shard))
-tools: gold pickaxe or better is highly recommended (also don't bring any unnecessary tools/items such as your axe/watering can)
-bombs: 20+ regular bombs recommended and some easy ways to get them are buying from the dwarf, trading for 5 quartz at the desert trader, and crafting (cherry bombs are too small and mega bombs are a waste of money and resources (both are not recommended))
-staircases: bring at a few and don't waste your stone on staircases (use jade to trade at the desert trader)
-food: bring plenty of food like gold star cheese and salad also bring buffs such as spicy eel, crab cakes, pumpkin soup, lucky lunch, and coffee/triple shot espresso
-gear: magnet ring and glow ring is minimum but upgrade to iridium band and burglar ring as soon as possible (iridium band recipe from level 9 combat, burglar ring from 500 dust sprite kills (adventurer's guild)) also use space boots or better
-strategy: leave as soon as possible with desert totem or if you don't have totems, stand in front of pam when she walks to speed her up (do it again once she reaches the bus stop) use staircases on spiral and infested floors (prehistoric floors too) prioritize going down shafts (the holes) over ladders (make sure you have spare health when falling down shafts since you might take damage and get swarmed by enemies) stay as long as you can in skull caverns (the 1k fee is worth the extra time) go on the best luck days (fortune teller will show a stardrop on the tv) don't waste time while in skull caverns (avoid monsters when you can, don't mine every node, don't bother iridium nodes until the later floors, and as mentioned earlier don't bring unnecessary tools/items||
