I wouldn't recommend it. You're going to be processing what you plant in the greenhouse, be it starfruit, ancient fruit, whatever. And the fertilizer would be wasted on winemaking crops, because quality doesn't matter: all wine comes out regular quality.
Plus, there's a late game item you WILL want to use in your greenhouse, and putting lower grade fertilizer in there now will interfere with that.
