then there is a sneaky way to fix your problem even without a mod , but it involves you resetting to your previous day a few times...

Just go to bed normally , check the TV for the weather , if it's not the one you want then you need to delete your save and bring back the "old copy" that removes your entire day. Then just repeat everything you did today to the exact steps and move few more then go to bed and check the weather

But that is too much of a hassle if you spent an entire day mining or something
