All of the crops in game fan be turned into pickles, wines, juices, etc. using 'machines' like kegs and preserve jars (u unlock their recipes as u level up ur farming)

They basically like multiply the base price of ur crops, that generally its always better, the quality of ur crop doesnt matter when processing so i wouldn't waste time trying to get iridium
