For monsters, try ur best to hit a few times then run away and then hit again to avoid taking dmg. I was really bad at first the more u practice the more u get used to it. Also if ur like me and get hurt a lot anyway just bring a lot food that replenishes health. Like salad is really good. U can buy it from gus
