My girlfriend has said to me before that she wished there was something like that so that if you stop playing and come back the next day that you could have your in game notes and get right back to it. Obviously you could just make real notes but it'd still be nice. I remember one of the Pokemon games had a memo thing that automatically logged what you did every day so that when you come back you'd have a record of what you were doing. It was like, a bit mediocre but it still feels like a really cool consideration to me.
