When using targeted bait, the Locational Chance[2] and Spawn Rate for the targeted fish are both multiplied by 1.66,

im new to stardew and just started modding with the help of a friend and it's really fun, but for some reason i cant figure out why i cant see silly the slime's hatch that's supposed to spawn right next to the steps of my house or by the bus stop
i've changed the coordinates to x:90 y:49 and x:82 y:12 like what some people said on reddit but it still isnt showing.
