40s: Marnie, all the parents except Jodi and Kent: None of them have a single gray hair or wrinkle, so they can't be that old, but they have to be at least in their 40s, or things start to not make sense. Marnie is Shane's aunt, so I'm betting she's at least 10 years older than him.

35-39: Clint, Jodi, Kent: I think ConcernedApe stated Clint's age range when someone asked. Regarding Jodi and Kent, the fact that they're a very young couple is what makes military couples special. Plus, they have the youngest children; Sam looks like a teenager and Vincent is a toddler.

30-34: Shane, Harvey, Elliot, Sandy: The first three are the designated "old" bachelors, but none of them seem that old. Sandy, I'm just guessing based on her appearance and the fact that she owns her own business.

25-29: Leah, Emily: They seem more established than most of the other marriage candidates. Leah's thing with Kel seems like a post-college breakup.

20-24: Sebastian, Penny: They have jobs, Sebastian talks about college as if he's already finished, as if he's gone, plus he has a younger sister who's already an adult. Penny, I'm guessing more.

18-20: Abigail, Sam, Maru, Alex, Haley: These characters all seem very young. Maru is into this nursing thing, but the way Demetrius talks about her future, I feel like she hasn't gone to university yet, but intends to, which means she must have just graduated from school.

There are also special trees which when chopped give you hardwood

these special rings are tied to monster slayer goals, u can check them at the bulletin board in the adventurer's guild
