I think for giant crops, yoiu need a 3x3 grid of them. You can potentially get it with cauliflower, melons, and pumpkins

you have to have a 3 x 3 plot. helps to use the best fertilizer and let it sit there after it’s grown for a while. i had a giant pumpkin appear like a week after they were already ripe
