Good idea! If you want loads of dinos which usually aren't the best for profit, it might be a good idea to look for the Treasure Appraisal Guide book (https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Treasure_Appraisal_Guide)

It triples the sell price of all artifacts, including dinosaur eggs, and means that even with the artisan profession it's better to sell silver and better eggs WITHOUT processing them
