Depends if you want your money faster or if you're willing to wait for it. Some times I have 700 ancient fruit and about half of those don't have silver+ tier, so I just sell everything that's under gold+ and put the rest into kegs or preserves. Typicallys a 1.4m a week with my little setup.

I guess it depends on the crop, but it seems that P = 2B, where P is preserves and 2B is 2*BaseCropValue - So most crops that are not iridium, if tossed into a preserve jar, would reach iridium prices, plus 50 gold, and then an aditional 40% if you have that perk. So P=(2B+50(.4))

Well, yeah, if you can't process them all, but logically speaking if you don't have iridium quality you just process it anyways, and preserves take less time, so they're the logical choice. And I wouldn't doubt if aging preserves takes less than aging wine. Personally I just age cheese. Cause iridium cheese is great for you and various events.

I thought a good way to buff the riverlands farm is that what if the entire farm is a big fishpond, no need to ask for robin, you can just start growing fishies immediately
