for me they are very easy, new players might struggle tho

i dont remember my experience as a new player so take that into consideration, but in my opinion youll start facing real danger around floor 31 because 31-39 is very dark and enemies blend in, its more annoying if anything though (bring torches, or use the ones that spawn on the floors) and youll be glad to get out of it. then the real danger is at floor 80 once you get ahold of combat

youll need to go mining for a lot of materials youll craft from recipes given by other skills though. like farming. youll need deeper level floors for their materials if you want better sprinklers

I can heavily recommend staying on the higher floors for a while to farm bugs and grubs if you are struggling. Killing 80 of them gives you the insect head weapon which will take you through most of the mines

that's also viable if you're lucking enough to find a Neptunes glaive while fishing

While this is true, the rewards are always the same, you will get a steel smallsword and then nothing else until level 90

once you feel more confident fighting monsters then you might want to move forward

this way you can guarantee a good weapon, otherwise you are need to get lucky

And on top of that you have a decent chance of finding an ancient seed which leads to one of the best crops in the game

dont let the dark floors i mentioned earlier scare you though because in my experience, the floors after are moderately easier especially if youre avoiding monsters and just mining
