Welcome to the server For pushing through the dark level 30s range I suggest either crafting a torch or finding them in the earlier levels to put on your hot bar to be able to swap to when you want to illuminate the area. You could also place them down in a spot and pick them up to move if you don't want to carry only. If you find a small glow ring or glow ring in a box then I'd suggest using that instead.

As if you eat something with a different buff. The buff from the last food item is replaced by the new one. Going with coffee for speed will help as well. Drinks follow the same logic. You can have one drink buff and one food buff
