Day 5 Spring Year 1, CC Run, have 2.6k Gold and the first Wandering Trades have a Truffle for 2.5k.

It would safe me 10k Gold, Time and Effort and Resources for the Barn-Upgrade in the Long Run, but I can't get the Rare Seed this time.

I've watched a bit of a "100 days" let's-play and the guy casually did 20 floors in the mines on day 8 or 9. How is that even possible? I can only progress ≈ 10 at best per day. I mean, I have to break at least half of the rocks to find the pathway

Just blows up rocks, but the more rocks blown up increases the chance to find the stairs.
