if its rain, fish in the river for catfish (assuming its spring or fall), they make assloads of money
you can also use fish as food on the side too

Make sure to feed them every day to every other day (depending on if you have more chickens) they usually eat one thing of hay a day. They’ll typically be content if they have food every day, but you can always interact with them and give some love as well

Green rain causes ~50% of wild trees to full grow, puts moss on nearly all trees, a spawns a bunch of Fiber weeds which can be cut for Moss/Fiber.

It really depends on your play style and farm you chose imo. You’ll develop a play style as you go, but usually I work on manly farming, fishing and mining. That’s how I play though, it’s different for everyone. I find fishing is one of the most convenient ways to make money starting off though.

if you have enough sprinklers unless you want to water you don't have to. so hoe is good.

my start usually is fishing for 14k 2k for pick upgrade that means day 5 i mine to floor ten and get 45 copper ore. 2k for bag upgrade. than 10k for strawberries. 100 strawberries lets you get to level 6 farming and i find leaves enough time and energy for mining the resources for quality sprinklers but that is me

I’m at gold, literally memorized the day you unlock the mine so I could start mining right away, I make sure to buy food the day before when I start a new game just to make sure I won’t run out of energy

If you let go of the screen right before the bar hits the top, it bounces back down so its easier to catch fish

It takes time. They don't give a heart every time you do that. There's level requirements and petting and feeding them give them so many points to reach each level

You can't hoe the very edges of the farm. If it's covered in shadow you can't hoe it. Also, if there's left over crops you have to clear them out (except for corn and wheat bc they grow in summer and fall. Maybe some other plants too I don't remember). They'll look dead and wilty, those are the ones you have to clear
