Same thing as Starfruit. They take 13 days to grow and deluxe speed gro brings it down to 9, meaning you can squeeze in 3 harvests

All 12/13 growth day crops need deluxe speed gro for 3 harvests in one season

Is it enough, if I hoe the ground on last day of winter? Will some of it stay? Or not?

The wiki says that the 2nd ||rhubarbs|| harvest is done on the 27th, if the plants get watered on the first day. Now they alr dont get watered on the first day, meaning theyd be done on the 28th if id be able to plant all on the first day and have them watered on the 2nd.
Now if i plant the rest on the 2nd day and they get watered for the first time on the 3rd day, i wont make it anymore.
