They can grow giant crops.

If you have the greenhouse unlocked, any crops can be grown there regardless of season

strawberries would be #1 for spring

That part's simple, you need 25 ore of each type (bronze, iron, gold) and 5 coal to smelt your bars per tool
meaning the final calculation is 125 ore and 25 coal per tier of tool sets including water
