Hey guys, having trouble placing fruit trees next to buildings. I'm not sure if it's just an xbox thing though?
Most people concur aslong as nothing else is by it in a 3x3 area, they can be placed directly next to a permanent building. But I've tried slime hutch, silo, coop, house and barn and it needs 1 gap still and it's stressing me out lol

I seem to having an issue with gifting power books to NPCs.

Whenever I try to gift it to someone like Pierre, a Price Catalogue, no matter what placement my farmer is next to him, it'll just auto-consume the book.

It's so difficult to gift these items without having to accidentally consume or use up the books.

Perhaps an update/patch or mod that asks you if you want to use the book, similar to how foods are consumed in the game; they ask you first.
