How to get the Prismatic Jelly

In order to find a prismatic slime, you must search for one in the mines to kill in order to obtain prismatic jelly. As far as combat, are the 120 levels of the mines the peak of difficulty? I'm up to level 95. It's somewhat challenging, but I can typically progress 5-10 levels each day that I try. If the 120 is it, then I will try to slow it down to savor it
