wilderness is the only one you can start with monsters already spawning without having to turn that option on in the bonus options menu of create new farm
riverland has a little farmable land, but a giant river going through thats decent for fishing if you have trouble with early level fishing.
meadowland starts you with a coop and blue grass
beach has very little actual farmable land, but has a lot of sand, sprinklers don't work on sand, random loot boxes have a chance to appear on the farm
four corners is split into four corners, bottom right has a small quary, top left has a stump that respawns daily, a lake in the bottom left.
hilltop has a big quarry a river through it, lots of stairs
