I'm wrong about the first actually, the color varies depending where you are in the mines.
In early floors with bugs, they're green. from 30 onward, they can be different colors and are for bats. But the rest applies.

Swarms randomly happen every 10 minute interval (about 1% chance), and just cause flying enemies (like Flies or Bats) to spawn and attack you for about 30 seconds

15 + 13 = 28 last harvest of the month

so yeah, you get two in a month as long as you water it everyday

it's always current day + grow time = harvest day
