Not very likely. it's an event that's seeded to the file, and usually you'll only have 1-2 infested floors on any given day.

yeah him. he should give you the recipe and then you should plant the seeds he also gives you, wait for it to grow and then either turn that into an artisan or put in the seedmaker to get more i think
