I'm on year 2 right now and that doesnt really make me a new farmer buuuuuut, Im taking initiative now than before, I want to learn more about the farming and such but I'm having most problems with the mines. When you get to ||skull cavern ||what's the main thing you want to do? Is it collecting things through mining or getting down to lower levels? Hi! A lot of people aim to get down quicker for better resources! You don't have to aim to do that straight away, take your time, collect resources etc. That way you can make bombs, ladders etc. to get down more and more each time!

The main goal is getting down to the lower levels, because that's where you start finding iridium, which is what you're looking for mainly. Try collecting any goodies as you go, but focus on descending

As for the staircases Kacy mentioned, you can ||trade jades for staircases at the desert trader on sundays|| which helps a lot

can animals "kill" your crops? ive had a few crops die randomly and im not sure why, the area has a few scarecrows in it, its getting watered too, not sure what else it could be besides my own animals
