My sibling doesn't like to keep a lot of money in their pockets in case they get stuck in a cave and they have to pay Harvey. Instead, they keep maybe 800 at a time and then they keep a chest of all of their artison goods so that when they need more money for a new building or something, they just sell it and make the building the next day. I think this is inconvenent and it is better to just carry farm totems.

Do you think it is better to avoid dying in caves? Or is it better to face the inevitable, but make the price cheaper by carrying less money?

I think it best to get that extra 2 hrs in the mines till you fall asleep. The 1000 gold in the long run is not much. But I make sure I do take the min stuff in my backpack just incase I die. I don’t mind losing gold but Don’t want to lose items
