You can also break frozen geodes as I see you're missing alot of minerals from those geodes as well. Aerinite, esperite, fluorpatite, geminite, lunarite, pyrite, oceanstone and marble

Go the floors 41-79 for frozen geodes. Magma at 81-119

For frozen I'd just go to floor 41 to break rocks for the geodes. 81 for the magma ones

Omni geodes have a way too big content to get those reliably. The geodes at the specific floors are better to narrow down missing ones
