Hi, I just bought SW on steam 🙂 I'm a MMO player (FF XIV) but recently there's been a problem (I've to move across servers to play and I can't sell stuff anymore) so BASICALLY while studying in the morning I was taking 1-2min break every 10-15 minutes

is stardew valley good to play for small breaks while studying?

I do some stupid stuff, pause, study and every 15 minutes I do more stupid stuff

how hard is it to get hardwood

You can upgrade your axe and destroy the big trees to get hardwood

On your base farm map, there are some stumps you can chop to get hardwood, once you are done with them, you need to upgrade your axe once more, and you get other things to chop

Well it's okay but you must ensure that you could finish a day in order to save the game as it is. But definitely a good one to take a break though
