Lv10 Rancher: Shepherd (Barn animals gain friendship hearts faster, their products have better quality ratios, and sheep produce wool one day faster per cycle) vs Coopmaster (Coop animals gain friendship hearts faster, their products have better quality ratios, and the incubator hatches eggs in half as much time)

Another notable one is that for Mining, the Lv5 skill named Miner (+1 ore from each vein) is probably stronger than any of its Lv10 skills

You get 1-3 ore from each vein, so that's (probably) an average of 2 ore. Adding +1 from this skill means +50% more ore.
