If you can actually afford it for all of your berries, technically yes since it gives you 1 extra harvest. But you could also just buy more Seeds instead of the speedgro.

Fruit trees will indeed grow during winter, so if you want Cherry/Apricot in spring you can plant them now.

Though fruit trees are pretty medicore tbh, until you unlock the ||greenhouse that is, where they'll grow fruit during all seasons instead of just 1||

Similar to the iridium band you got, getting a Broken trident before you've even started mining is extremely good.

It will make the mines absurdly easy for you up until like... floor 60+

(well, floor 70 makes more sense to say, since that's when a new enemy shows up in the frozen floors)
