If you're doing only potatoes I think you need like 240 of them. There are other crops you can plant that will give you more farming xp though. Don't for get about the parsnips you get to start, and the cauliflower from museum donations.

Scout leads to even more specialized choices. Desperado doubles the damage dealt by critical hits, and Acrobat (this is what I wanted) halves the cooldown time on special attacks. Such as the amazing hammer special

The hammer special has a trick to it...
During the overhead swing animation, press the regular attack button as many times as you can. You get a wholeass extra full-power hit for each time you manage to hit the button during the animation.
Out in the open, this will tend to fling your enemy way the hell across the room (hey, at least they're out of your way now). If you've cornered an enemy, you can pound them to paste in a split second.
