I went into the bus station and got it Winter day 1 and my friend can’t get it

The thing about casking is what you could be doing with the space instead. I intend to use garden pots there to grow a certain post-CC fruit (Ancient Fruit cannot be planted in garden pots) as well as kegs to put them directly into.

Two tiles spent on this (a garden pot and accompanying keg) generate more money from this fruit's wine in a year than two casks aging the strongest wine in the game (Starfruit)

Buuuut I don't have the materials, and won't have them anytime soon.
The cellar comes with a few casks by default, so I'm grudgingly using them in the meantime

You could also just stuff the cellar full of crystalariums generating diamonds. This is also more profit per year than casking.
