The extreme case is wheat, at only 10G per tile... But that's probably too far in the other direction

Pressing the button inverts gravity on the fishing bar. Releasing the button un-inverts gravity.
This means the bar doesn't instantly move upward when you press it; the inverted gravity will _accelerate" it upward (and if it's currently moving downward, it has to slow to a halt first). You want to steer the bar behind the fish icon and then hold it there by pulsing the button
