Grandfather's Heirlooms 2.2.1 is out!

Flower Dance Acceptance Dialogues has moved to a legacy version!

By default (1.6 SPOILERS, DO NOT CLICK IF YOU AREN'T OKAY WITH SPOILERS), ||vanilla now has its own Flower Dance acceptance keys for people normally||! As such, Flower Dance Acceptance Responses is now Flower Dance Acceptance Responses (Legacy), and will only affect villagers if you are dating them. You can optionally also have the first year dialogues fire if you'd prefer, or restore all of the original dialogues from the config. This is likely the last update for it short of bugfixes, so thank you for supporting it!

Unique Winter Star has been updated!

This is a massive 2.0 update, which not only migrates the lines over to 1.6 format, but also adds the ability to choose who can gift you at the Star, allows Sandy, the Wizard, Krobus, and the Dwarf to all configurably be your gifters/giftees at the Winter Star, and gives a whole set of Custom Gifts to each villager that can be enabled through the config! Unique Winter Star - SVE has been updated!

Like with Unique Winter Star, this migrates all keys to their 1.6 equivalent, adds Custom Gifts (including items only available with SVE), and adds a config to enable/disable gifters, but also adds the ability for Scarlett, Morgan, Martin, and Gunther to be gifters, as well as Lance without needing to be married to him! Isla has been fully updated for 1.6! We've had two methods of tracking broken mods in 1.6, yes, but why not a 3rd? I've been trying to port the confirmed fixed ones to the wiki page but it's slow going since the wiki keeps crashing on me.

Better Crafting 2.2 is out now! This fixes a major bug with accessing items in chests on other maps. (Thanks to Matt and casey for help figuring it out!) It also introduces the ability to define custom recipes using Content Patcher that are more complex than the base game allows. I still need to document it, but I look forward to seeing what people can come up with.

New day, new Better Crafting update. Thanks for putting up with all my releases lately, but chasing a few bugs has kept me firmly locked into that mod. I think this might be the last one for a while, so long as there aren't any new / recurring bugs. Hope you all enjoy!

Couple notable things. First, there are some more dynamic rules for things likes floors and paths, fences, and for items from specific mods. You can also enable a label for new recipes (either uncrafted or ones you haven't moused over yet). Second, you can now toggle individual recipes even if a category has rules set up.

Hey, interface theme makers! This one is for you. I just released a version of Theme Manager for Stardew 1.6! What's Theme Manager, you ask? It lets you use JSON to modify hard-coded colors in the game's UI. Things like the new progress bar on the skills tab of the menu, or the colors of the fishing progress bar, or... well, anything that's a color can be customized now! All it takes to get started is adding another file to your content pack and a line in your manifest, which is all explained in the author's guide, so please try it out. And don't hesitate to bug me if you find things it's not letting you change.

Hey, content smiths! I've released an alpha build of a new mod called More Nightly Events. This mod lets you use content packs to create new types of events that can happen over night. So far, there's two event types: placement (which spawns items, trees, etc.) somewhere in the night, like the meteorite event. There's also script, which lets you write an event script and have that run. There's limited documentation for now, but there's a commented content pack showing you some examples. Please let me know what you think!

Hey, all. I have released an update for Giant Crop Tweaks! This is a little utility / framework mod that does a couple things. First, it makes it so if you harvest a giant crop that sprouted from a re-growing crop, it'll restore the original crop so you don't lose out on that. Second, it provides a framework for content smiths to add colored giant crops.

New day, new Better Crafting update! Few new things here. First, the menu doesn't load itself into the game menu until you actually switch to the crafting tab. This should help with performance opening the menu, since that usually just loads every single tab at once. Second, you can copy and paste when editing categories now. Finally, I totally stole Matt's color adjustment code so now Better Crafting's buttons will change to match your UI theme auto-magically! (Thanks Matt!)

Archaeology Mod Update with the following changes...

  • Added Restoration Table: A big Craftable that increases the quality of an artifact over 7 days.
  • Adjusted Preservation Chamber: It now Outputs the same quality of the input.
  • Adjusted Hardwood Preservation Chamber: It now Outputs the same quality of the input.
  • Adjusted Water Sifter: It can now get modded artifacts if you have the Dredger Profession
  • Adjusted Water Sifter: It now gives between 1 to 5 ore
  • You now get archaeology exp when you remove an item from a preservation chamber, a hardwood preservation chamber, or an ancient battery station
  • New configs to adjust the amount of exp gained from the preservation chamber, hardwood preservation chamber, and ancient battery station.
  • Grinder crafting recipe adjusted (I forgot I moved it from requiring level 8 down to 2 in the 2.0 version of the mod). Now only requires 4 Cogs instead of 10.

Fishing Info Overlays update (it only took like 3 years):

  • Ported mod to 1.6. Updated code to deal with any found changes. Updated GMCM API.
  • Added non-simulated mode for better performance (less accurate percentages) and save mutation safety.
  • Tweaked tile picking (will now prioritise max distance in front of player if there's water there).
  • Added Shift Aim for main player (hold shift to aim with the cursor at a specific water tile, or see which tile data is currently pulled from).
  • Added Sonar Bobber settings (since the mod kinda makes it pointless): Require Sonar for specific functionality (configurable).
  • Made overlay size remain the same between different zoom levels. Unfortunately texture aliasing in my rendering mode is tied to zoom (so quality will vary between zoom levels).
  • Added Japanese translation by Git user trytobetheonlyone.

Phew. What a list. Each action has a robust way of specifying targets, and many optional inputs for tweaking their behavior.

I've released Better Crafting 2.10.0, which adds more tracking for ingredients. Want to know what exactly is Fish (Any)? Enable the Show Matching Items setting to get a preview of exactly which items will be consumed when crafting something! Additionally, you can have the crafting menu show unknown recipes with the new Show Unknown Recipes setting, which makes it act more like the cooking menu.

I created a visual graphic to demonstrate what the RGB value of each allowed dye color tag looks like, for those of us modding objects. These are important for allowing your custom items to be used in Emily's dye pots/sewing machines, as well as creating specially colored artisan goods (such as wines, pickles, and any custom colored goods) as of 1.6! -Pierro no longer sells Red Cabbage Seeds. Sandy now sells them after you receive a letter in the mail from her the next day after seeing her intro event. The seeds are only available at her shop on year 1.
-Tropical seeds are now unlockable after you build the Island Trader Hut. You will get a letter in the mail from Sandy the day after you build the Island Trader stating she will now sell Tropical Seeds.
-The file system is fully revamped so DELETE OLD FILE BEFORE UPDATING. THE GAME WILL CRASH IF YOU OVERWRITE

Major update to Hudson Valley Buildings just went live! Biggest update is adding seasonal overlays to match Daisy Niko's Earthy Recolour and Starblue valley alongside the existing Vanilla overlays. Additionally, a "muted" color palette is given as an option alongside the normal "bright" co lor palette. Honey Harvest Sync v3 is now in full release!
The main change is added compatibility with Better Beehouses, so that all of its honey flavor sources and configuration options are supported.

You'll now see in the "ready bubble" above your bee houses which flower crop, flower forage, flower bush, flower fruit tree, or giant flower crop is going to flavor its honey upon harvest.

Be sure to update Better Beehouses to current, if you're going to make use of that compatibility (it's optional).

So I've made the mod a bit more of an eldritch horror than it already was.
Last night I added outfit randomization (just enter multiple outfit names into the corresponding config line, and the mod will randomize between them for each day).
Well today I also added postfix randomization, which is worse. (If you use it, you will need a copy of your entire wardrobe for each possible postfix)

IMPROVED SHOPS 1.7, IMPROVED SHOPS CORE 1.1 AND OPTIONAL FILES RELEASED

In preparation for Improved Shops SVE, I moved Joja assets to an optional file to prevent conflicts once the new mod gets released. Also I fixed some erors in Improved Shops Core. There is no longer a condition to unlock Dwarf Scrolls at Clint's shop and is now fully available from the start of the save. This is due to me struggling to figure out why the mail isn't being sent.

IMPROVED SHOPS SVE IS NOW OUT
This is as the name suggests an SVE version of my improved shops. I deciddd to release it now as I start college next week. I am unsure if I will be able to work on it while in school and I will be away out of state to visit my partner on Indigenous Day Weekend so the earliest I could likely work on an update is Veterans Day Weekend. It's been a while in the making, but Growing Valley - Child NPCs version 1.4.0 is out!
Bringing compatibility with Little Red School House allowing the kids to go to school and new winter outfits for unique kids!
For generic children, 4 new hairstyles and 3 new clothing options have been added.
There's also new config options allowing you to select any custom child without having to marry their associated parent (as well as tweak their dialogue so they stop talking about someone you're not even married to, in that case)!
In addition to that, the mod is now useable as a minor framework on which other original children of NPCs can be built! Templates are included in the Misc. files to make your LittleNPC/GrowingValley-Children developing life just that much smoother.

aSDVstardrop DSV Non-Seasonal is now updated! aSDVstardrop

For the people who prefers to keep things as light as possible and want only DSV's diversity edits, DSV Non-Seasonal is now updated for 1.6! It contains all the same diversity content as DSV Seasonal, including character designs, dialogue, map patches, gift taste changes, and more. Any translations for DSV Seasonal's CP section can also be used for DSV Non-Seasonal by simply dropping the translated i18n file into the i18n folder.

One important change is that DSV Non-seasonal now requires Cross-Mod Compatibility Tokens by Button! This is an incredibly useful framework that allows CP mods to read the config files of other CP mods, meaning that mods can automatically match any relevant config choices for much improved compatibility! No more needing to duplicate your choices across two mods. DSV Seasonal will also be adding this as a requirement in the future and will drop several compatibility config options that will no longer be necessary.

For fans of Nyapu's adorable portraits, DSV x Nyapu adapts DSV's diversity edits to Nyapu's style! It's now updated to include 1.6's winter outfits as well as new DSV content such as HoH Haley's hearing aids and the Jewish Mullners' headwear.

To make it easier to maintain, DSV x Nyapu is no longer standalone; all non-portrait content has been removed and it now requires DSV Non-Seasonal to cover sprites & additional content. Unfortunately because of the change in coding with DSV 5.0+, it's no longer possible to use DSV x Nyapu's portraits alongside DSV Seasonal's seasonal sprites, but with the addition of Cross-Mod Compatibility Tokens, it also no longer needs to be configured at all! It'll automatically match your settings from DSV Non-Seasonal so that you don't have to configure everything twice.

SDVcharharvey Harvey Attends Aerobics SDVcharharvey

With this mod, Harvey will finally be able to fully join the aerobics club each Tuesday! It also applies some light tweaks to the event itself - no more wondering why you've never seen Harvey at aerobics before, or laughing about him asking you to keep it a secret when the town's biggest gossips are right there beside him. I released Junimo's Spirit's Eve as part of last year's October Mod Jam, and this Halloween I'm pleased to announce Junimo's Spirit's Eve's First Anniversary Update, which updates the mod to 1.6, remasters the events and adds more dialogue to our little junimo buddies! Definitely nowhere near the caliber of other mods updated today but I've finished my first "medium-ish" update for the Mimic Shippin Bin. Though initially just a fun experiment for the Spirit's Eve contents I've since grown a bit attached to it. In version 1.2.0 there are now a few more recolors, new mini-bin retexture, but most importantly (and 100% made possibly by @broken vault c# magic and willingness to facilitate "niche" features SDVpuffersquee ) the mimic now has a full suite of custom sounds that do not impact other objects/machines that use the default vanilla ones! Been a while since ive done this, but the 2.1.0 update of Lavender Dreams UI Recolor is now live! This update mostly deals with the mod's many compatibility patches, updated for the latest versions of other mods as well as streamlining a few of them so that the recolor is automatically applied rather than the player having to manually replace files (see the mod description for more details on this). Double Update: Vanilla Tweaks - Farming Edition, has once again updated.

Unique Winter Star - SVE (https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/14824) and Darkroom Portrait Shop - SVE (https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/21013) have been updated!

The updates to both deal with the newly romanceable Scarlett. Unique Winter Star - SVE now has lines for her that can activate if she's dating or married to you, and is now added to the Winter Star by default if you are married to her (but can be added at any time or removed). Darkroom Portrait Shop now allows you to obtain her portrait if you're not married to her, and unique lines/letters for gifting her a portrait ticket.

Part of a Saloon Breakfast (https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/17775) has been updated!

This update adds support for all cheeses in a few special orders and allows Gus to man the Saloon counter if you're married to him (experimentally). It also has a secret extra feature if married to Gus - nothing major, but something secret...

(Also Tool Seller (https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/20601) is updated with a translation, but that's nothing major and it was given to me 6 months ago, so that's more of a delayed thing.)
